解决方案：

首先排查权限问题

找到在git的对应项目，然后找到项目信息，打开项目成员列表，查看对应权限，自己是否拥有推代码权限

最终解决

经过分析，是因为该项目原本就存在一个git的推送，我要把它挪到一个新仓库里，同时携带原有的提交记录，所以解决了

git config --global user.name "AAA"
git config --global user.email "AA@AA.com"
git init
git remote add Aing https://AA/AAapp.git
git push Aing master （第一个是仓库名称，第二个是分支名称）
