现象：
建议部分显示如下方案：
1. ./emctl secure agent 2. ./emctl start agent 3. ./emctl config agent addinternaltargets
结合EM 13c: Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Agent Installation Fails with Error: Executing command emctl secure agent (文档 ID 1509560.1)，hosts文件的ip解析写错了。
