现象：某主机远程登录数据库出现如下报错
[xxxx01 ~]$ mysql -h 10.1.254.139 -u root -p
Enter password:
ERROR 1045 (28000): Plugin caching_sha2_password could not be loaded: /usr//usr/lib64/mysql/plugin/caching_sha2_password.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
原因：在数据库服务器本地登录数据库，查看用户表，由于root的plugin值为caching_sha2_password
mysql> use mysql;

处理：修改用户root的plugin属性为mysql_native_password后，登录正常
