查看 automake 安装的版本：
automake --version
解决方法：
1.看系统是否安装了 automake 没有，
可以到官网下载 https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/automake/

2. 编译时候需要的是 automake-1.16 这个名字，而系统里默认的名字是 automake， 所以找不到 automake-1.16
先看看 automake 安装到什么地方了
whereis automake
创建软链接即可。
cd /usr/local/bin/ ln -s /usr/local/bin/automake automake-1.16
