ribbon buttons PP中和ribbon workbench中不共用

Ribbon buttons在PP中配置的不能在ribbon workbench中获取到是因为PP中配置的ribbon button是canvas app，二ribbon workbench中配置的是给予MDA配置的xml config。 所以两者是两个不同维度展示出来。 复杂功能e.g, 需要security role等判断 或者 list页面上给予选中的按钮的owner来判断是否hide/show 按钮， 就只能通过ribbon workbench来配置。
