可以知道flag在flag.php文件里面，然后执行没有结果，就只能用文件读取的方式打开它了，但是这里禁用了base、rot等字符的使用
这里的话就不能用
php://filter/read=convert.base64-encode/recource=flag.php;
php://filter/string.rot13/resource=flag.php
这里我们使用另外一种过滤器
php://filter/convert.iconv.UTF-8.UTF-7/resource=flag.php
得到结果然后将其转为utf-8
