flutter开发Nuget.exe not found, trying to download or use cached version解决方法

问题：Nuget.exe not found, trying to download or use cached version
解决方法：

  1. 首先确保Visual Studio安装，这个是flutter构建Window应用必须的，并且安装了对应的Windows SDK，通过Visual Studio Installer安装
  2. 管理员身份运行cmd窗口，然后执行winget install Microsoft.NuGet安装NuGet
  3. 如果第2步还不行，则可以通过https://www.nuget.org/downloads下载NuGet或者本机Window如果有的话找一个，然后将NuGet.ext拷贝到C:/windows/system32文件夹下，重启Visual Studio即可。
