scoop 在执行时ps1Get-Service错误
Get-Service: ServiceController enables manipulating and accessing Windows services and it is not applicable for other operating systems.
很奇怪的错误，在网上没有找到任何解决方案
原因
之前将powershell nuget包中二进制文件解压到 欲安装powershell目录，然后用powershell(msi)覆盖安装，安装目录不干净。所以有跨平台文件(不确定),导致该错误。
解决方案
完全删除欲安装powershell的目录，重新安装
