keil软件版本：V5.28
从兆易创新官网，下载 GD32F30x AddOn.rar 和 GD32F30x Firmware Library.rar ，依次解压文件，双击安装"GigaDevice.GD32F30x_DFP.2.2.0.exe"
安装完毕后，在“GD32F30x_Firmware_Library_V2.1.4\Template\Keil_project”下打开工程文件，显示" The project references devices,files or libraries that are not installed"错误，
点击确定后，显示"Error Device not found"无法找到器件错误
此时编译的话，满满的错误，打开option for project->Device，发现内部为空白，没有器件可以选择
解决方案：
keil软件上，点击 Project - >Manage -> Migrate to Version 5 Format
问题解决，这样就可以正常使用啦！
