As is clearly reflected in the table above,it can be seen that the statistics about employees' job satisfaction in different age.
Compared with others,those over the age of 50 have the largest percentage of satisfaction,which is 40%.It is noticeable that 40% of the workers over 50 are content with their job.In contrast,64% of the workers between the age of 41 and 50 are not satisfied with their enployeement.It is not difficult for us to come up with some possible factors to account for this phenomenon.The obvious factor is that the staffs between the age of 41 and 50 usually have to undertake their responsibilities and pressure from both their families and their career.
What's more,it must be pointed out that the people between 41 and 50 are not energetic enough to achieve their ambition.Last but not least,the fact that can't be ignored that most the people in their forties can't see the slightest prospect of promotion.While people over the age of 50 usually have a comfortable life and they are going to retire.
In view of the arguments above,we can conclude that the current phenomenon is of no surprise.And it can be predicted that it will not vanish in the short time.
