Land desertification is one of the main causes of sandstorm disaster. With the further intensification of global warming, desertification is becoming more and more serious, which seriously affects the ecological environment of the earth. In recent years, China has been constantly exploring new models of desertification prevention and control, with the continuous development of photovoltaic industry, the use of photovoltaic to prevent and control desertification has become a new model of desertification control. The combination of photovoltaic + yellow sand builds an ecological "oasis" in the desert to achieve a win-win situation of ecological protection and economic benefits, and this photovoltaic ecological road has injected photovoltaic wisdom into ecological development and rural revitalization.

This project adopts the mode of "double-layer power generation on the board, double-layer planting under the board, and double-layer culture between the boards" to make full use of three-dimensional space. While generating power with double-glass components, high-quality shade-loving forage grass and medicinal herbs are planted under the board, and environmental characteristics such as temperature and light under the photovoltaic panel are utilized to realize the ecological transformation of "green into sand and sand back" in the area. At the same time, the project also uses the "livestock, poultry and grass coupling" mode of sand control, raising chickens and then sheep between the boards, and then returning the manure to the field for sand control and soil improvement. This mode will effectively improve the soil quality and vegetation coverage rate in the desert area, promote the restoration of degraded grassland, and build a green ecological security barrier for the sand blown area.

In recent years, Kubuqi has achieved remarkable results in sand control, the former deserted desert has gradually changed into a new green color, and this restored green space has also skillfully used new technology models such as photovoltaic sand control and agro-light complemence to create a "Jinshan Silver mountain", injecting the local ecological governance and rural revitalization of the dual momentum. In the long journey of combating desertification, China has explored a green road for global desertification control and contributed Chinese wisdom to global green and sustainable development.

The Inner Mongolia region is wide and full of light, and the photovoltaic industry has great potential for development. Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has vigorously developed photovoltaic and other new energy industries to bring local
