用国内镜像安装Pytorch，首先需要添加conda 镜像源
- conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/pytorch/linux-64/ （pytorch清华的镜像源）
- conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
- conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
- conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
pytorch官网选择选项：conda install pytorch1.12.1 torchvision0.13.1 torchaudio==0.12.1 cudatoolkit=11.3 -c pytorch ，去掉-c pytorch(这是选择从pytorch官网下载)
note：对于最新的版本有-c nvidia选择，还不清楚是直接去掉还是怎么办
