最近在看阿里的python包，原因是为了看下阿里的modelscope服务，不过一个十分搞笑的一个事情，那就是阿里的python包在阿里网站上是访问不了的，只能换到其他镜像站来下载。
使用阿里的pypi镜像无法下载阿里的python包：
pip install modelscope -i https://mirrors.cloud.aliyuncs.com/pypi/simple
具体如图：
换用清华镜像，下载阿里python的pypi包：
pip install modelscope -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
