1.下载
npm i tinymce@5.10.3 @tinymce/tinymce-vue@3.2.8 -S
2.在node_modules中找到tinymce模块下的skins文件夹、jquery.tinymce.js和jquery.tinymce.mini.js这三个文件夹。
3.在public中新建 tinymce 文件夹，将这三个文件拷贝到public目录下。
（打包后直接在根目录生成文件，否则init配置中的skin_url和content_css找不到404）。

解决办法：
找到刚刚复制的skin.min.csss文件（public\tinymce\skins\ui\oxide\skin.min.css），在文件中搜索z-inde 修改值就好了
